Deletion Request

Red Notices should be issued and kept only if they comply with INTERPOL’s rules. When they do not, they can and should be deleted. Successful Deletion Requests often arise from a lack of evidence proving the person’s involvement in the alleged offence, missing cooperation or judicial data from NCBs, human rights risks, non bis in idem, insufficient seriousness for international police cooperation, or cases that concern private or administrative matters rather than genuine criminal conduct.
