A Pre-emptive Request or Preventive Request refers to a preventive legal submission asking INTERPOL not to process any future data concerning you. Even if no data currently exists in INTERPOL’s files, a Pre-emptive Request alerts INTERPOL’s General Secretariat in advance that any future processing may violate INTERPOL’s Constitution and/or Rules on the Processing of Data.
