INTERPOL Pre-emptive Request

An INTERPOL preemptive request, also known as a Preventive Request, refers to a preventive legal submission asking INTERPOL not to process any future data concerning you. Even if no data currently exists in INTERPOL’s files, an INTERPOL preemptive request alerts INTERPOL’s General Secretariat in advance that any future processing may violate INTERPOL’s Constitution and/or Rules on the Processing of Data. To learn more about the process and timeline, schedule a consultation directly or fill out the following form.
